Your trunk aids in the execution of every movement on the sporting field. Your child’s ability to sprint, decelerate, jump, change direction, and tackle are all heavily influence by their trunk’s capability to brace, rotate, bend and flex in every direction.
This program has been designed to build the necessary foundation of trunk strength that most children fundamentally lack.
