Unfortunately injuries cannot be avoided forever. Although Juniors are trying their best to get back on the field, and in a timely manner ‘for that Grand Final match’, a structured and appropriate rehabilitation for your junior is the best way to avoid another season of disappointment from the sideline. 

Our business is built on helping Youth Athletes excel, we want to make sure that our attention is on helping junior athletes get back to the field or court as soon as possible, in the best shape possible.

Our Exercise Physiologists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches help tailor a rehabilitation régime for your junior that’s age appropriate, specific to the injury being targeted and ensure that it’s further developing your junior’s whole body robustness to ensure they don’t end up at the Physio again. 

Our specialty is on growing bones; and injuries that occur to them such as, fractures, breaks, overload/stress fractures and growth related diseases.

We offer up rehabilitation for:

  • Severs Disease
  • Osgood-Schlatters Disease 
  • Post Fracture or Breaks – Ankles, Knees, Hips, Wrists, Shoulders
  • Stress Fracture Return to Play Management 
  • ACL, MCL, LCL or PCL Knee Rehabilitation
  • Muscle Tears and Pains 
  • Ligament Sprains and Rolls

Exercise Physiologist-Led group sessions.

Youth Athletes aren’t mini adults, we’ve seen countless amounts of juniors have a ‘take home program’ they’re expected to complete with a few bands, a quick demonstration and print off A4 page with sets and reps to follow. To only get home, forget it and your Junior rock up again in two weeks having done nothing. 

We help provide them with the tools and support to get back to their sport in a better place than they were previously to their injury. Our team designs a program for them to be done as part of their sessions with us, that can range from 2 – 4 sessions per week, all whilst being coached by our Exercise Physiologists. If additional work is needed to be done at home, we’ll provide it, but where our program differs is the bulk of the rehabilitation is done under the watchful and supportive eye of our coaches.
